For those of you who are new to digital scrapbooking or scrapbooking altogether, here are a couple tips that will help you along your way!
1. Pick a digital scrapbooking program that is user friendly
There are a lot of digital scrapbooking programs out there, and Adobe Photoshop is probably the most well known. If you aren’t already familiar with Photoshop, I wouldn’t suggest this program to someone learning beginner scrapbooking. Instead, I would highly recommend a digital scrapbooking program created by Lasting Impressions called “Memory Mixer”. It is extremely user friendly, and makes digital scrapbooking as easy as “drop and click”! Even if you have been digital scrapbooking for quite some time, this program is definitely worth looking into.
2. Use pre made digital scrapbooking layouts
Find preexisting digital scrapbooking layouts that you like, and use them as templates for your pages. Sometimes you can even purchase predesigned layouts, where all you have to do is add you pictures and journaling. It just doesn’t get much easier than that!

3. Take it 1 page at a time
Don’t get overwhelmed by trying to create 60 page scrapbook albums the first time you sit down! Take it 1 page at a time. This way, you can experiment with making layouts with different techniques and styles, until you find a style that works for you!
Good luck and happy digital scrapbooking!
